About Epic Boutique Hotel
Epic is a 14-room boutique hotel about 60 metres from Parque Lleras, in the middle of El Poblado’s nightlife. Queen and king rooms only — there are no twin rooms — and some upper floors have in-room jacuzzis. It is owned and run by Casacol, a Medellín property-management firm, which is why its local recommendations and discount card run off a real-estate company’s merchant network rather than a concierge desk.
What to Expect at Epic Boutique Hotel
Breakfast is included for all guests, served 7 AM to noon at the on-site Briochelly. There is free wifi, a business centre, baggage storage, 24-hour WhatsApp reception and English-speaking staff, plus guest insurance and a “Black Card” giving discounts at selected local businesses. There is no pool and no gym. Some booking sites list a sauna and steam room; the hotel itself makes no such claim. Airport transfer is $100,000 COP each way, not complimentary.

Be clear-eyed about the location. Sixty metres from Parque Lleras means the nightlife is on the doorstep in both directions — guest reviews across several years consistently report music from surrounding clubs until 3 or 4 AM, and the hotel’s answer is earplugs and a white-noise machine rather than soundproofing. It suits couples and groups who came for exactly that. It does not suit families or light sleepers. Rates run roughly USD 43–131. Check-in from 3 PM, check-out noon. Poblado station is about 1.2 km away and uphill on the way back, so most guests use ride apps.
