Loudest hotel ive ever been to in my life because youre right on one of the busiest main streets in medellin. theres a nightclub and bars on the same street so i couldnt sleep from the noise… also Check in was so slow and the location wasnt that nice. The 24/7 reception is always nice to have.
One of the girls at the reception even went as far as to borrow her own personal phone to call our airline when a problem with our ticket occurred.
