It’s a flat, leafy grid of mid-rise apartments and tree-lined streets — calmer and cheaper than El Poblado, with the nightlife and food concentrated along La 70 and the bars of La 33. You trade some of El Poblado’s polish and English-speaking convenience for a more Colombian, residential feel, and the metro at Estadio puts the rest of the city within reach.
